Adachikugurumetokushu

[Assorted ham (for 2 people) 1,800 yen]
The contents on the plate change seasonally. The photo shows 3 kinds of salami (squid ink, cacao and marmalade, chili), smoked ham of butt of Matsusaka pork in Mie prefecture, bresaola of horse meat (uncured ham), salami of Yezo deer, and uncured duck breast ham with dried fruits and pickles. The more you chew, the more delicious it becomes.

Enjoy the taste of the unique homemade ham 

We always prepare 10 kinds of homemade ham using various meats such as sheep, horses, wild boars and deer as well as pork, beef and chicken. 
The lineup changes seasonally. There are more than 50 types in total.
You can enjoy creative homemade dishes, such as salami blended with cacao, marmalade, and squid ink.
Not only meat, but also dishes using fish and vegetables fresh from Adachi Market are available.

Adachikugurumetokushu

[Pork Colma (pork and white beans, coconut milk curry) with homemade ham salad 1,600 yen]
Curry is a lunch-only menu, which has usually 4 types that you can also take out. The taste of curry is going to be a surprise after you visit. Advance reservation is recommended.

The walk-in wine cellar has more than 500 wines from around the world. In addition to table seats with a calm color coordination, there are counter seats on the entrance side separated by walls, so you can enjoy yourself or with your family.

Top recommendation by the owner! Originally a regional dish of the Burgundy region, we recommend the red wine of Slovenia as well as Burgundy. About 30 kinds of wine are carefully selected, mainly bio wine.

Sophisticated taste of meat dishes with a strong presence

It has been three years since the restaurant was moved from Akasaka to Adachi, the hometown of the owner.
The owner shef shows his ability to make dishes here in the downtown making the best of his skill trained in French.
The course meal is served with a good balance, starting from beautifully colored delicate appetizers to high-impact volumey main dishes.
You can also enjoy a la carte and other dishes using fish and organic vegetables fresh from Adachi market every morning as well as meat dishes.
Enjoy French cuisine in a homely atmosphere.

It is nice to have a half size. The sweet Madera sauce based on fond de veau goes great with creamy foie gras.

The tender meat that is slowly cooked at low temperature goes well with the sour and sweet sauce.

There are always 30 to 35 kinds of Western side dishes in the showcase inside the store.
Creative dishes based on the cuisine of Mediterranean countries range from simple to elaborate meat dishes.
There is also a wide variety of meat such as Yezo deer, Italian pork Dolce Porco, and kangaroo meat. If you cannot make up your mind, assorted one is recommended.
There is an eat-in space inside the shop, but the delicatessen is mainly for takeout.

[9 kinds of colorful appetizers 1,000 yen]
The contents of the plate change daily. The photo shows carrot trape, round olive tapenade, chicken and liver pate, mousse tricolor, penne gorgonzola, bacon and chick beans stewed in tomato, macedowan salad, pumpkin and gorgonzola with honey, roasted dolce porco shoulder loin. We have a wide variety of dishes from European classics to creative dishes. Assorted Christmas items for a limited time.
