It's been nine and a half years since the owner opened a bar to fulfill his desire to make sake culture popular to Adachi. Each dish goes well with sake, which is the pride. They provide sake and foods that are traceable to brewers and producers along with their thoughts. Needless to say, they never cut corners making dishes for sake. They mainly use carefully selected fresh fish and cook it without using chemical seasonings, which is safe and reliable. They are planning to renew the mainstream to warmed sake in the future.
