Hakata Nagahama Ramen Tanaka Shoten
Since its establishment in 2000, this is known as one of the leading Hakata ramen shops in Tokyo. In the “Shining Shop Selection”, simple and enthusiastic comments such as “This is the best place for tonkotsu ramen!”
The soup is 100% pork bone. The whole pig from head to toe is simmered for 3 days. By adding new soup to the matured soup to complete it, it creates a deep rich and sharp taste. The three cylindrical pans in the center of the shop are in full operation during the business hours, and the spectacle of the soup boiling will whet your appetite. The ultra-thin noodles ordered from Hakata can be ordered from 4 levels of firmness, but for those who want the authentic taste, the firmest "Harigane" seems to be popular. The rich and creamy soup and authentic ultra-thin noodles can be eaten easily, so it is unavoidable to order a kaedama (150 yen per ball). It is also recommended to enjoy "taste change" by adding your favorite from Takana, ground sesame, garlic, and pickled ginger placed on the table.
