Korean food Umejima Pappusan

“Spicy food is definitely Korean food!” Many people may think so.

This restaurant, which is right next to Umejima Station on the Tobu Skytree Line, offers everything from classic Korean home cooking and izakaya menus to slightly more maniacal dishes.

Especially recommended in the hot summer is "Bibim Reimen", which is extremely spicy despite its cool appearance.

Spicy seasoning, yangnyeom is mixed with the noodles. It surely satisfies drinkers.

On the top of the tomato in the center is the pickled daikon radish which you can enjoy accented flavor while eating a hot spicy noodle.

The noodles, which are made mainly from buckwheat flour and mixed with wheat flour, have a texture that is familiar to Japanese people. There is also a non-spicy “water cold noodles 880 yen”. Rokucho Hanten

Among the variety of Chinese cuisine, this restaurant boasts a variety of Sichuan cuisine, which is known for its spiciness.

There are various types of spiciness, and the spiciness of “Mala”, which is representative of Sichuan, is a bit different.

"Ma" means numb. By using a kind of sansho pepper, in addition to the spiciness of chili peppers, it creates a deep and unique spiciness.

Let's try "Mala", which has a high sweating effect as a synergistic effect.

[Mahler Beef Knife-cut Noodles 1,045 yen]

Beef noodles that are popular throughout China are finished with a Mala flavor.
