Organ meats are the symbol. "Freshness is the key to Horumon," says Masanobu. Every night after closing, he starts preparing the meat for the next day. Yakiniku Keijo Kitasenju branch

Established in Senju in 1973, this yakiniku restaurant has been particular about using high-quality Japanese beef.

“In the days when shabu-shabu restaurants and traditional Japanese restaurants were the only places where high-quality wagyu beef was available, the passion of our founder made it possible to purchase Omi beef and Matsusaka beef. We have been working hard to serve Wagyu as a Japanese food culture for over 50 years since then.” says Sayuri Iwata, the second president. Our prided meat is cut by hand after an order is placed, seasoned and served in the most delicious state. Kaikaen

A popular yakiniku restaurant near Umejima Station. The owner who trained at a yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo after coming to Japan opened his restaurant on the north side of Umejima Station 12 years ago. “The local people are friendly. When we moved six years ago, we chose Umejima without hesitation,” he says.

The yakiniku platter that allows you to enjoy a variety of flavors at a reasonable price is popular. In addition to assortment of 6 kinds with sauce such as short ribs, and 5 kinds with salt such as tongue salt and kashira, there is also a large size that is perfect for families. Soup such as jjigae and soup is authentic taste using only beef bone soup. Yopu's King Pork Salt-grilled Adachi Terrace
