CAFE RICCO
Opened in November 2014. This café is popular for its espresso, cappuccino, and other coffee made by Daisuke Sato, the owner and professional barista, as well as homemade waffles.
Additives are kept to a minimum, and the sauce that accompanies the waffles is also homemade.
We created a recipe for items using 100% rice flour during the closure due to the corona crisis so that people with wheat allergies can enjoy it.
The owner's tireless desire to provide healthier and tastier food and creativity are the secrets behind this popular restaurant.
The waffles are crispy and fluffy Brussels style.
You can enjoy the same waffle menu both as a dessert and a light meal depending on the accompaniment because the waffle has less sweetness with a small amount of beet sugar.
The above menu is a plate with plenty of homemade sauce and Hokkaido soybean flour that you can feel the flavor of Okinawan brown sugar syrup. The harmony of fresh cream and gelato served with it will bring a smile to your face.
Plate with Spanish prosciutto jamon serrano with no chemical seasonings, salad, and cream cheese.
A homemade dressing and ginger flakes add flavor.
The cappuccino has the flavor of espresso and the natural sweetness of milk, and goes perfectly with waffles.
Another aspect of the shop is "a cafe where you can enjoy origami".
店内ではオーナーやスタッフ、折り紙作家の作品を鑑賞できるほか、専門書を見ながら誰でも自由に折り紙を折ることができます。
This cafe uses coffee beans certified by the Italian Espresso Association, and the authentic espresso made by the barista is rich and fruity.
There is also a French-style coffee that uses high-quality beans and is brewed slowly.
There are also popular baked sweets that are sold out quickly, and a service that gives you a discount if you complete the origami.

This is a cafe where you can enjoy multinational food by the owner from Brazil and the staff from Peru and the Philippines.

Peruvian home cooking with exquisite taste of sourness of tomatoes and sweetness of sauce.
The slow-cooked beef and tomato are accented with potato fries to give it a unique texture. You can feel the ethnic seasoning using chili pepper and beef stock.
It's a bit different from Japanese stir-fries, but it goes well with rice.
Pasteu has the taste of Brazilian street food. There are two types, one is meal type stuffed a thin dough with meat and cheese and the other is sweets type made with fruit sauce.
The above menu is a popular menu with plenty of homemade strawberry sauce and caramel sauce.
You can enjoy the combination of crisp dough fermented with sake and rich sauce. Guarana, which has a refreshing sweetness, is also popular.
Inside the shop, bottles of various chili peppers pickled in oil or pickled in vinegar are lined up.
It is used to flavor dishes, but it is an accent that is pleasing the eye.
In addition to ethnic dishes, there is also a full menu of light meals such as pasta, hamburgers and sandwiches.
The official Instagram is also available in Portuguese, and the shop is visited by Brazilians from outside the neighborhood, and there is a sales corner for Brazilian ingredients such as feijo beans. It's also fun to look at unusual foods.

Italian restaurant Vivo Adachi
A stylish Italian restaurant with stone walls and a blue tent.
Owner-chef Yuta Era fulfilled his dream and opened a restaurant in August 2018 after honing his skills at restaurants in Tokyo.
The signature menu is pizza. Italy has specialty pizzerias, and foodies know the depth of it.
At this restaurant, they offer authentic Neapolitan pizza with dough that has been aged for more than 10 days using domestic wheat, natural yeast, and Amashio from Ako.
One of the reasons why they can offer authentic Neapolitan pizza is the special stone oven we ordered from Italy.
By using a kiln that reaches a high temperature of 400°C by burning three types of firewood, it is baked in a short time, resulting in a soft and chewy texture.
The only ingredients used in the standard margherita are tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmigiano, and basil. Please enjoy the real taste that stands out because it is simple.
Lasagna baked in a stone oven. The deep flavors of the homemade meat sauce and white sauce, the pasta, and the melting cheese are perfectly balanced. Vivo style is flavored with white truffles.
If you put a knife into the crispy surface and enjoy the hot cheese and rich sauce, your body will be warmed to the core.
Stone kiln installed near the entrance of the shop.
Handling the long-handled pizza peel and baking the pizza quickly as if facing the oven is truly craftsmanship, and you won't be able to take your eyes off it.
There are about 20 types of pizza, and all of them are attractive, such as Fungi, which uses plenty of mushrooms, and Bismarck, which is a harmony of uncured ham and soft-boiled eggs.
"It's a community-based restaurant, so you can enjoy it no matter how many times you come," says the restaurant, which offers about 15 kinds of pasta. We also have a wide variety of specialties using seasonal ingredients such as stewed wagyu beef cheeks with red wine and sautéed soft roe.

Speaking of fun in winter, hot pot. The hot pot you make at home is great, but it's only at restaurants that you can enjoy ingredients carefully selected by professionals. Fugu chiri is representative of this.
Founded in 1978, this restaurant offers chirinabe using tiger pufferfish, the king of blowfish.

The hot pot, which uses prepared tiger pufferfish sent directly from Shimonoseki and seasonal vegetables allows you to fully enjoy the plump fugu meat and umami-rich broth, and the luxurious taste satisfies your body.
The beautiful sashimi is also a must-try. The ponzu sauce is homemade and made by squeezing orange juice. Please taste chef's particular dish.
Although it is a long-established restaurant serving blowfish and Japanese cuisine, the chef also creates new menu items positively.

After working at a restaurant in Ginza for 10 years, owner-chef Kazuo Saito, who went to northern Italy to study cooking, opened the restaurant in September 2016.
Based on northern Italian cuisine known for meat dishes and handmade pasta, they offer dishes that value the sense of the season.
The owner wants people to enjoy the food comfortably, so they offer familiar items such as clam pasta and cabbage rolls, but the food is authentic, from appetizers to main dishes and desserts. He visits the market himself, carefully selects the ingredients, and makes them into a gem of a dish.
Beef stew made by marinating beef shoulder loin in red wine for two days and slowly simmering it with vegetables. It's a perfect menu for the cold season.
When you cut the beef into pieces and bring it to your mouth with the sauce that is full of the umami and richness of the ingredients, you will be impressed by the depth of its flavor.
Ice melts on a warm apple! Meringue sweets lightly put on top, nuts scattered around. It is a dessert that attracts attention in autumn and winter with its beautiful visuals.
The combination of the crispy baked apple and the bittersweet ice cream is a taste for adults. It's also delicious to have ice cream that melts moderately like a sauce as time passes.
A collage-like corner of photographs taken during training in northern Italy, such as landscapes and cuisine.
Another feature of this shop is that they put a lot of effort into their desserts, and there are also seasonal delicacies such as chestnut tiramisu with dark rum.
As for alcoholic beverages, Mr. Saito visits wineries to select Japanese wines and craft beers, all of which are carefully selected.
In addition, the taste changes completely at lunchtime, and menus that go well with rice such as ginger grill and chicken nanban. Popular as an excellent lunch in the Takenotsuka area.

Japanese restaurant Hidemi (Washoku-dokoro Hidemi)
A Japanese restaurant with a history of 50 years in Takenotsuka. Unagi has been their signature dish since its foundation. They are particular about domestically produced eels and grill them exquisitely with their secret sauce made by adding one after another.
The traditional Japanese restaurant which specialized in eel dishes, has served authentic Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients for a long time. When it changed hands two years ago, they also offer new items such as pork loin cutlet using black pork produced in Kagoshima prefecture and Wagyu beef steak, etc. You can enjoy more variety of first-class taste.
"Excellent meat quality and well-balanced taste" (Mitsuru Tanaka, the founder). Domestic eels are steamed for 30 minutes and then grilled to make them plump and soft.
The kabayaki with a right sweetness of secret sauce is delicious even when it's cold, so it's recommended for takeout.
They offer a limited number of grilled skewers "eel liver/liver (350 yen), meatball/fin (250 yen)".
Please enjoy the unique taste of a long-established restaurant that knows everything about eels.
They use Roppaku black pork, which is rare among Kurobuta Berkshire pork from Kagoshima prefecture, with a distribution volume of 1%.
The pork loin is carefully processed, such as by removing the fat, and then deep-fried in a specially blended salad oil. When you bit a crispy and tender cutlet, its good taste filled your mouth. Stir-fried Roppaku black pork with ginger (1,650 yen) is also recommended.
The chef, who has protected the kitchen as the right-hand man of the founder, grills the eel with his skillful handling.
The eels are cooked only after an order is placed, with the desire for customers to enjoy the eels in their most delicious state.
In addition, by introducing a quick freezer and quickly freezing the grilled eels at -60℃, it is possible to deliver locally.
The kaiseki bento (plum 2,100 yen ~) that conveys the essence of Japanese cuisine is also a popular menu item. For Buddhist memorial services and banquets, for a slightly luxurious lunch. This is a restaurant where you can rediscover the charm of Japanese cuisine.
