You can apply directly at the window of Ayasegawa Seiryukan building in Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, or send fax or a double postal card to Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, in which state clearly your address, name (in hiragana), age (grade), phone number, fax number, and first and second choice of desired time, and your wish to join "Let's play with families! fallen leaves". You cannot apply by phone.
