You can apply directly at the window of Ayasegawa Seiryukan building in Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, or send fax or a double postal card to Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, in which state clearly your address, name, furigana (Japanese pronunciation), age, grade, telephone and fax number, and wish to join "Let's touch crayfish with your family! Kids nature experience" and your desired date and time up to second choice.
