Petit Bonheur
A cafe specializing in freshly squeezed orange juice and croissants. The owner, Hanae Waga, was impressed by the deliciousness of the fresh orange juice she had tasted overseas. She decided to open a cafe with the idea that "I want Japanese people to experience it as well.''
They use seasonal oranges from Australia, America, and Japan to provide a fresh taste with excellent nutritional value such as vitamin C, folic acid, and potassium. When an order is received, they use a special juicer to squeeze the chilled oranges. The resulting juice has the sourness and sweetness of the fruit, and its freshness and deliciousness seem to spread to your entire body every time it passes down your throat. Croissants using the dough made in France which is known for its crispy texture and richness from fermented butter go perfectly with juice. Waffles made with croissant dough and seasonal menu items are also recommended.
