They offer creative Asian cuisine based on Thai local cuisine with arrangements for Japanese people. Domestic ingredients such as Tsukiji seafood and Ibaraki organic vegetables are seasoned with spices and herbs imported directly from Thailand. Many original menus filled with Japanese delicacy and ideas, such as "popia toad (fried spring rolls)" with green curry inside, are popular with Thai customers. In addition to Thai beers such as the classic Singha and Phuket lager, they also have a large selection of sake and shochu, centered on local sake from Tokushima, the birthplace of Mr. Sakamoto.
