Bagel laulaa

A bagel specialty bakery that opened in November 2021.

The owner chef, Ms. Masami Tsuruta, makes bagels that have the original taste and texture of wheat flour, and tofu is kneaded into the dough for a healthy taste.

In order to create a gentle taste, she has researched the combination of carefully selected ingredients, and while it is oil-free and egg-free, she adds richness with molasses and adjust the taste with cane sugar.

As the owner chef makes and sells bagels by herself, the bakery is open four days a week from Thursday to Sunday. A maximum of 110 bagels are sold per day, and they are so popular that people line up before it opens. There are about 200 types of bagels, such as dessert-like, meal-like, and sandwiches, and 12 types are available daily, and the lineup will be announced on Instagram stories from 7 to 8 pm the night before.
