Rojiura Terakoya rojicoya
A Japanese tea cafe in the back alley where you can experience Japanese culture
The old house with a history of 90 years was rebuilt and reborn as a Japanese café in 2020, and it is getting attention as a little-known spot in Kita-Senju. In the café, you can enjoy carefully selected Japanese tea with aromas and umami, as well as Japanese sweets made with brown sugar dorayaki skin specially bought from a local Japanese sweets shop. Ms. Yonemoto, the representative who is also a calligraphy instructor, opened the café with the desire to tell the younger generation about Japanese culture, and events such as Japanese culture experience and concerts are also held in the shop. How about rediscovering Japan with delicious Japanese tea and dorayaki?
