[Special Miso Char Siu Noodles 1,100 yen] The most popular menu item, the Special Miso Char Siu Noodles, is particularly eye-catching with its char siu that resembles a blooming flower. The soup, made with miso prepared in-house, clings well to the medium-thick noodles and pairs perfectly with the char siu. It's a very filling bowl, but the exquisitely seasoned soup makes you want to eat it, so you'll finish it in no time at all. If you actually go to the store, you'll see a large number of customers ordering it, proving how popular it is. 
[Gomoku Ramen 900 yen, Homemade Gyoza 400 yen] For those looking for a lighter salty taste, we recommend the Gomoku Ramen. The colorful ingredients are plentiful with vegetables. The secret to the flavorful salty soup is apparently salt from Okinawa, where the owner is from. The Homemade Gyoza is also a popular takeout item available at the store. All the gyoza filling is prepared in-store, so the skin is crispy and the inside is crunchy and very juicy. The Sanbon Gyoza (280 yen), which caters to those who want to "just eat a little bit," is also popular. 
Tomohiro Tanji, a veteran manager, continues to provide a reliable taste. The Chinrai group stores utilize the uniqueness of the owners, and there are many items that can only be tasted here. As the name suggests, the shopping street at the east exit is also a student town, so it seems that many growing students visit. There is a wide variety of set menus, and rice refills are free. Every Sunday, there is also a free boiled egg for each person (limited to 100 to 150). The store, which is close to the local community and has reasonable prices, is easy to drop in to and is full of the friendliness that is typical of Senju.

Mr. Norio Kayamoto, the owner of the Kita-Senju shop, is from Okinawa. From the age of 18, he trained under the president of the Sohonten Group's Chinrai Yatsuka shop, Mr. Tanaka, and became independent at the age of 26. It is said that 35 years have passed since the opening.
Although the shop is located in Gakuen-dori, a shopping street in front of Kita-Senju Station's east exit where it competes fiercely with rival shops, it is a long-established shop, and it can be seen that it continues to be loved by the locals.
