Chinese restaurant Tatsuzen

A family-run Chinese restaurant founded in 1968. In the "Shining Shop Selection", Nikusutou noodles (meat soba) received recommendations such as "The nostalgic taste that has been around for over 50 years and has not changed from the previous owner" and "The whole family loves it".

In Chinese cuisine, the soup can be used as a base for not only noodles, but also various other flavors. The soup is made with only chicken legs and simmered for long time making it clear taste. “Noodles and rice dishes have a gentle taste. This is the core of Tatsuzen,” says Kazuyuki Obara, the second owner. There are always more than 10 types of noodles, and from April to September, there are 5 types of chilled Chinese noodles, and from autumn to early spring, more than 10 types of wonton noodles are added to the menu. In addition, while inheriting the previous owner's menu, it seems that the new menu created by the current owner is gradually increasing. The homey atmosphere of a family-run business is also appealing.
