Established in Senju in 1973, this yakiniku restaurant has been particular about using high-quality Japanese beef.
“In the days when shabu-shabu restaurants and traditional Japanese restaurants were the only places where high-quality wagyu beef was available, the passion of our founder made it possible to purchase Omi beef and Matsusaka beef. We have been working hard to serve Wagyu as a Japanese food culture for over 50 years since then.” says Sayuri Iwata, the second president. Our prided meat is cut by hand after an order is placed, seasoned and served in the most delicious state. There are excellent items such as the finest loin that is lightly grilled and tasted with wasabi soy sauce, and Matsusaka beef with the taste of sukiyaki. Hamburger steak and mince cutlet made from the “kaburi” part, which has a strong taste, are also specialties. Please enjoy the taste of a well-known restaurant that pays attention to detail, such as the sauce made with carefully selected soy sauce and the rice procured from the production area.
