Yakiniku Stamina En

Founded in 1967, this is a family-run business, with the older brother Hisahiro Toyoshima in charge of the meat and the younger brother Masanobu Toyoshima in charge of the variety meat. Our uncompromising work from procurement to processing, cutting, and flavor creates a taste that will impress yakiniku fans.
Organ meats are the symbol. "Freshness is the key to Horumon," says Masanobu. Every night after closing, he starts preparing the meat for the next day. When preparing, he always uses ice water even in midwinter, so his work is thorough. Carefully preparing each part of the organ meat will lead to the supreme taste. Most people order mixed Horumon such as skirt steak from average to extra-special, tongue salt, beautifully marinated short ribs and loin, limited quantities of misuji, and so on. Whichever Yakiniku lovers choose, they can be satisfied with it.
