Omatsu
[Kashirayaki 400 yen / Shiroyaki 400 yen Highball 250 yen] "Kashirayaki" is a secret spicy miso, and "Shiroyaki" is recommended to be eaten with sauce. Shochu highball is described as "highball" in stores. 
[Simmered 400 yen / Grated Kashira no Suyaki 500 yen] In addition to the carefully simmered motsu, the white grilled head with plenty of grated daikon radish is also excellent! 
There is a good smell burning the skewers at the store. There seems to be 600 burns a day.
