Takeuchi
[Negima soba 600 yen] An original soba that has been completed after about two years of trial and error by arranging Negima pot containing thinly sliced swordfish and green onions. Dashi is made from bonito, mackerel and Auxis, and yam is kneaded into the soba noodles. 
[Egg zoni 400 yen] The combination of light taste of bonito stock and the soft mochi are exquisite. A popular menu that has been around for 50 years. 
[Isobe-maki 380 yen] Two homemade rice cakes that are not too big. Perfect as a side menu for those who are not satisfied with noodles alone. 
They also sell dried noodles of "Adachina-Udon" and "Adachina-Pasta" which kneaded Komatsuna (Adachina) from Adachi City in the shop. 
It is located to the left end of Adachi Market cafeteria building.
Pursuing new taste without sticking to the original race cake shop
A shop that mainly serves soba and udon noodles. Since it was founded as a mochi confectionery shop in the Taisho era, it is also characterized by its many mochi dishes such as Abekawa and Zoni. Mochi can also be topped with noodles for an additional 100 yen. The owner is enthusiastic about cooking, such as devising Negima soba with the hint of Negima Nabe, which is a specialty of Adachi Market. He is changing the taste little by little to provide a delicious menu.
