NIKI BAKERY Ayase shop
This is a shop with a wide variety of breads that are delicious and satisfying, and that you will want to eat every day. Operated by Niki-no-Kashi in Ameyoko, Ueno, which sells domestic and foreign sweets, it opened as the first of three bakeries in Tokyo and has a history of 50 years.
When the shop opens at 7:00 in the morning, people come to buy bread all the time. You can eat the bread you bought at the cafe "LOIS JAPANE" attached to the bakery.
There are 130 types of bread that are created using about 10 types of homemade dough, including the Ayase shop's original chikuwa bread, Japanese and Western side dish bread, and Danish bread that pursues the taste of the ingredients.
