An exhibition on the transition of Toneri Park and the 150th anniversary of the metropolitan park, a panel exhibition on the role of a disaster prevention park and disaster prevention facilities.

We invite a lecturer from the Japan Flower Association and show you around the cherry blossoms while walking in Toneri Park.

Volunteers explain wild birds, panel displays, lectures on how to use binoculars and telescopes, and hands-on observation sessions.

Very popular with children! You can take commemorative photos with real police cars and motorcycles.

Mascot character appearance
The Toei streetcar mascot character “Toaran” and the Toei bus mascot character “Minkuru” will appear in the park! Let's take a commemorative photo together!

You can participate in disaster prevention training with a sense of realism, using 3D images using the latest technology and effects such as shaking, wind pressure, and heat.

あの人気ドラマにも登場した特殊救急車が登場！実際に乗って中を見学できます。
The body spreads to the left and right and is used as a first-aid station at disaster sites.

"Heaven Artists" officially recognized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will perform different performances in several spots in the park.

[ Several spots in the park ] Let's play with "Tonerin" & "Uenon"

[Time] 10:30am / 1:30pm (45 minutes each time)

Toneri Park's mascot character "Tonerin" and Ueno Onshi Park's mascot character "Uenon" (special ambassador for the 150th anniversary of the opening of the metropolitan park) will greet you at several spots in the park.
