Tonkatsu made from high-quality domestic pork can be enjoyed with a refreshing and light crispy texture with custom-made raw bread crumbs and salad oil.

Other set meals include special loin cutlet 1,350 yen, a bite-sized pork fillet cutlet 1,150 yen, chicken cutlet 950 yen, and grilled pork with ginger 1,000 yen.

It's been 65 years since the owner started a butcher shop in a local supermarket. Now it's 14 years as a butcher with a restaurant.
