Adachikugurumetokushu
[Unaju extra large (with pickles) 4,400 yen, eel liver soup 400 yen]
Tender and fluffy texture. A eel is grilled just until the last minutes before losing its shape when picking it with chopsticks. This is a craftsmanship. Average 2,700 yen.
Prices vary according to the amount of eel, and the taste is the same. Many people order a extra large one because they rarely eat it.

The current owner in the second generation takes charge of the grill, keeping the same taste.
Fillet an eel, grill it, steam it, dip it in a sauce and grill it slowly.

There are 3 sizes, 160oz 1,000 yen, 80oz 500 yen. For example, purple is made from acai, blueberries, bananas, yogurt, and millet sugar. In addition to green and orange, seven colors are available: white, black, red, and yellow.
Made-to-order one is also available.

The owner met a smoothie when he went to New York to buy clothes for his previous job.
It was useful for taking nourishment in a short time and for keeping energy.
Originally arranged based on the recipe of an acquaintance who was doing a juice bar in New York.
The owner purchases ingredients through his own route, mainly fresh vegetables and fruits delivered from friends of farmers in Ibaraki.
You can choose from 7 bright colors of smoothies by ingredients, or you can talk to the owner before choosing like a prescription.
