【Kiritanpo Nabe (1 serving) 1,800 yen (can be ordered from 2 people)】  Kiritanpo made from "Akitakomachi" rice from Noshiro, soak up a special soup made from Hinai-chicken bones. Chicken ingredients can also be upgraded to Hinai-chicken (550 yen per person, reservation required).

Kiri Tanpo, home-made with Noshiro's "Akitakomachi", sucks up a superb soup taken with Hakuhachi local chicken broth. Chicken ingredients can also be upgraded to Ehonchi chicken (550 yen per person, reservation required).

Founded as a Japanese-style and country-style restaurant in Showa 47.
After gradually increasing local shops of the owner's hometown, Akita, it became popular store familiar with "Akitadaya" nickname.
We offer the food of Akita direct feed such as Yakitori, Hatahata, Junichi and seasonal wild vegetables of Hinnai chicken, feeling the atmosphere of home cooking while using culinary techniques.
