[Adachi Fireworks] Procedures for those who have lost paid seat tickets and extension of convenience store refund period

1. Those who have lost, damaged or discarded their tickets

Please contact us by September 16th using the inquiry form below to let us know that you have lost your ticket or have lost it.

*If you have already contacted us using the inquiry form below, there is no need to do so again.

*There will be no extension beyond the period stated above.

*This is a special service limited to "Adachi Fireworks." We are not offering similar services for other performances handled by CN Playguide.

 

 

2. Ticket holders

The refund period will be extended as follows:

 

Until 22:00 on Monday, September 16, 2024

*There will be no extension beyond the period stated above.

 

Please bring your ticket and go to the cash register of the convenience store where the ticket was printed and tell them you would like a refund.
