You can apply directly at the window of Ayasegawa Seiryukan building in Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, or send fax or a double postal card to Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, in which state clearly your address, name, hiragana, age, grade, phone and fax number of all participants, and "Let's search for Japanese beetles with your family! - Kids nature experience - I wish to join." and write your desired date and time up to second choice.
