At Owani Shrine in Hanadaba, Adachi City, Sakai City is held every November on “Samurai Day”.
On the day of the event, there are about 100 stalls, and the precincts are crowded with people who buy brackets (rakes with bills) and lucky fans.
Fireworks will be launched at 6pm and 7pm.
