You can apply directly at the window of Ayasegawa Seiryukan building in Kuwabukuro Biotope Park. Alternatively, state clearly the address, name (Furigana), age (grade), telephone, fax number of all applicants, and desired date and time (up to the second choice), and wish to participate in "Let's find roly-poly with your family" in a double postal card or fax, and send it to Kuwabukuro Biotope Park.
