Adachi-ku · Belmont City sister city declaration Declaration of Sister City Relationship

In 1983, Adachi Ward issued the English version graph magazine "ADACHI" for overseas urban tie-ups to realize "a city that fosters the world". When distributed to embassies and exchange organizations of each country, there was a request to exchange from Belmont City on the premise of sister city alliance.
On October 1, 1984, with this graph magazine as an edge, Belmont City and Adachi Ward organized a sister city alliance.
