Recruiting participants for the 2025 Sister City Belmont Student Exchange Tour

We invite people to take part in the tour.
*Application period: March 25th (Tuesday) to April 16th (Wednesday), 2020

There are two types of recruitment slots: the "General Slot" and the "Adachi Future Support Slot" which utilizes the Adachi Children's Future Support Fund Appropriation Project. The "Adachi Future Support Slot" is exempt from all travel expenses required for the tour, including travel expenses.

Schedule7 nights and 8 days from July 30th (Wed) to August 6th (Wed), 2025 (5 nights homestay, 1 night hotel, 1 night on the plane)

Recruitment personnel16 people (including a maximum of 5 people in the "Adachi Mirai Support Slot")

*Please note that the application requirements and costs for the "Adachi Mirai Support Scheme" are different, so please check the application guidelines for more information.
Selection methodFirst selection: Document screening based on essay
Second selection: Interview for those who pass the first selection (questions in Japanese and English)

* After the application deadline, the selection process will be completed and applicants who pass the first round will be decided (the results will be announced in early May).
Travel fee<General Category>
85,000 yen (minus the 100,000 yen subsidy from the association)
<Adachi Mirai Support Slot>
All travel expenses, including travel costs, required for the tour (total of 185,000 yen) will be waived
*In addition to the above fees, you will need to pay for passport and visa fees etc. (at your own expense).
OthersRegarding the second selection process (only for those who passed the first selection process) scheduled for Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th, we will adjust the date as much as possible if it overlaps with school events such as sports festivals or school trips.
・An Australian entry visa (ETA) is required and each person will be responsible for applying for it themselves. HIS Co., Ltd. will explain how to do this.
