Recruitment of "2019 sister city Belmont city, Adachi wards interchange experience tour" participants!

 

We invite people to take part in the tour.

It is mandatory to submit a participation application form (fill in the application form).

Planned airline company	Singapore Airlines (SQ)
Recruitment target	Person 20 years or older who can live in a ward and can cooperate with the exchange project as a host family or interpreter volunteer
Recruitment personnel	15 people
Minimum number of people	10 people
Tour conductor	I will accompany you.
Used hotels	Four Points by Sheraton Perth (1 room per person)

Application submission deadline	Friday, May 10, 2019 ※ The participants will be selected after the application submission deadline, and the results will be notified in late May.
Travel fee	224,000 yen (Economy class use) * Self-paid amount after deducting association grants (60,000 yen). (Travel fee 284,000 yen-Association subsidy 60,000 yen = 224,000 yen) * Except fuel surcharge and overseas travel insurance fee. ※ As of April 2019, fuel surcharge is not charged, but will be collected separately if it becomes necessary in the future. * Narita Airport facility use fee, airport security fee, and local entry and exit tax are included in the travel price.
Others	Australia Entry Visa (ETAS) is required, but we will process with HI Inc. (Procedural costs are included in the travel fee.)
